The staff were incredible, especially Daniel—his kindness made me feel truly valued. The room was cozy, and the pool was a refreshing escape. I’d absolutely return!

The venue was nice and terrific, I really enjoyed the location right by other area attractions, everything…the mall, the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, Jackson Square and various areas, including French quarter, Convention cent, and downtown views. The staff were perfect and informative in case of questions. The breakfast food was freshly made, different choices to eat like eggs and biscuits. The location was great, for example, an immense indoor stadium was at a short distance from the hotel. The service was exceptional, they have laundry service and valet parking. I could park the car on-site. The total experience was great, I strongly recommend.

The suite was spacious, perfect for our family. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing restful nights. Temperature control was effective, keeping the room cozy. While our corner room faced Poydras, it was a bit noisy, yet still manageable. Cleanliness stood out throughout our stay. The décor felt a tad dated, but it didn’t impact our comfort. The jacuzzi in the room was a disappointment due to the broken adapter. the amenities added to the experience, with lovely outdoor seating and helpful staff enhancing our stay. Just a few minor issues, but nothing truly detracting.

Had a such great stay at an amazing value, glad I've chosen it. The staff were fast and had a sense of humour. The location was marvellous and decent for me as it was very close to a trolley stop and Bourbon Street and the French Quarter and Garden District. Downtown New Orleans district was worth staying in.

The breakfast and dinner super delicious.

This hotel excels in many areas. The location is ideal, just a short walk to major attractions. Safety is prioritized; access to the building and elevators requires a key card, which adds peace of mind. The complimentary breakfast offers an impressive variety, and the happy hour with free drinks is a nice touch. the bed could use improvement—uncomfortable and disruptive at night. a misunderstanding regarding pet policy led to poor service, which could be addressed better. This hotel embodies value, not luxury. While enjoyable, the experience was marred by the mattress and customer service. Still, there’s potential here for a memorable stay.

The hotel had a very central location and it was an easy walk to Louis Armstrong. The venue was in a great area. We had a few free soft drinks in the excellent hotel’ s bar.

During my xmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing value this hotel offered. They provided a delicious breakfast and a kickback with three alcoholic drinks per adult. The location was excellent, with most points of interest within walking distance and a trolley stop nearby.

The occasional dismissive attitude from some of the bar staff. this minor issue was overshadowed by the overall fantastic experience I had at the hotel, making it a great choice for anyone visiting the lively city of New Orleans.
